Miao "Mojo" Wen is the founder of M4M Film Design. She graduated from the American Film Institute and became a member of the ADG and PDI. With years of experience in the international film and television industry, she founded M4M, focusing on creating immersive experiences for clients. She designs innovative communication strategies to bring high-quality products to life, including scripts, short films, and advertisements.

Her comprehensive creative skills stem from her educational background at the American Film Institute and 14 years of professional film and television industry experience. With keen observational and analytical skills, she collaborates with directors and producers across various platforms to create impactful visual narratives.

Her collaborations include Emma Fairley (Lady Gaga, Beyoncé's music video director), James Chinlund (production designer for The Batman, The Lion King), Scott Chambliss (production designer for Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Trek), and John Paino (production designer for The Morning Show, Big Little Lies), among others. These collaborative experiences have enabled her to work with globally renowned artists and teams, making her a sought-after creative partner in the field.

STEVEN ZHANG

Steven Zhang graduated from Beijing Film Academy with a bachelor's degree and also participated in an exchange program at Columbia College Chicago as a government-sponsored student. He later earned a master's degree from the American Film Institute (AFI), one of the top film schools in the U.S.

He has extensive film and television resources both domestically and internationally. He has participated in the production of various projects, including films, web series, and commercials. His works have won several awards, including Best Comedy (Special Mention) at the Palm Springs International ShortFest, The Telly Awards, and the DGA Best Student Short Film Award. Since 2023, he has worked on several international short series, including The Two Facets of My Alpha Mate, Murdered my Husband, Captured my Heart, and Your Ladyship's Escort CEO.

Justin Li

Justin Li graduated from Emerson College. He has extensive experience in film and digital content production and is fluent in English and Mandarin, making him a passionate and detail-oriented producer.

Justin has produced interview programs for Argentina’s ROXOM television network and social media videos for the international event COMPLEXCON. He has also participated in multiple internationally awarded film festivals, including the Rhode Island International Film Festival, the Roxbury International Film Festival, and the Los Angeles Shorts International Film Festival. In addition to his production experience, he previously worked at the international entertainment company Bound Entertainment and the management company Zero Gravity Management as a development analyst, gaining a deep understanding of the industry’s commercial operations while nurturing his own creativity.
In the field of vertical short dramas, he has participated in the production of more than 15 works, including Playing It Real, SuperCrush, and Reunion Genius Baby, all of which received strong audience reception.

Tate Lu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theater, Film, and Television Literature from the Communication University of China and is currently based in Los Angeles. Leo Behrens is an award-winning cinematographer from Norway. After graduating from Westerdals Film & TV School in 2010, he began his professional career as a camera operator and director. An Shu, a native of Chengdu, is a cinematographer currently based in Los Angeles. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Communication University of China and previously served as a program director for Phoenix TV's Celebrity Face-to-Face. Her documentary work includes profiles of Kobe Bryant, Mike Tyson, film director John Woo, author Yan Geling, and former U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao. Shi-hyoung Jeon is a cinematographer based in Los Angeles and Korea. He graduated from the Korean National University of Arts, majoring in film production, and started his career as a lighting technician. He later worked as a camera assistant on many projects, including the Academy Award-winning film Parasite. After working as an assistant for four years, he decided to move to Los Angeles to further his global career. Angran Li is a production designer and art director. She holds a master’s degree in Production Design from the American Film Institute (AFI). Angran is known for her production design work on Disney's Launchpad short film The Little Prince(ss) and as a virtual art department (VAD) artist on Mufasa: The Lion King Prequel. She has also worked in the art department for productions like Star Trek Picard.
